e.l.f. 81665 Editorial Review
E.l.f No Budge Shadow Stick Rose Quartz is a creamy and long-lasting product designed for easy application with a metallic finish. Users appreciate its smudge-proof quality, saying it stays put all day and doesn't irritate sensitive skin. However, there are mixed feelings about its application; some find it glides on beautifully while others report that the formula has changed, resulting in a harder texture that requires more pressure to apply. This new version has been noted for better longevity compared to its predecessor. Overall, it seems to be a valuable addition to makeup routines for many, especially for those seeking a reliable eye shadow stick that fits a light to medium skin tone.
