  • kysymys: Just bought this keyboard but the @ symbol is not above the apostrophe as it should be, instead it is above the number 2. Anyone got any ideas??

    vastaus: I had the same problem - in my case I fixed it by pressing 'E' (has 'Win' written on it in blue) while holding the 'Fn' button, bottom left of the keyboard. This tells the keyboard it's talking to a Windows machine. Then, the keyboard settings you have configured on your computer should work.
  • kysymys: Has anyone got the function lock to work?

    vastaus: Yes, press the function lock key (on the right of F12) to toggle function lock status (right most LED by the power switch indicates status). With that lit, function keys work as they should. With it unlit, you get the behavior shown on the keys - mute, volume up/down, etc.
  • kysymys: How do you use the 3 Bluetooth buttons?

    vastaus: Hold each button down until it starts flashing. Then, on the device you want to use, connect to the keyboard. Once you've done that for the 3 buttons on 3 different devices, you should just be able to press the button you need and you'll be controlling the device you connected.
  • kysymys: What version of Bluetooth is the keyboard compatible with?

    vastaus: The keyboard is compatible with Bluetooth. If you're facing connection issues with your Windows 10 PC, try manually removing the device and adding it again.
  • kysymys: I found no cable and no instructions. Not all the keys work either and when the keyboard is charging, it's not usable. Which is not ideal. Anyone?

    vastaus: It should work when charging. If it's not functioning properly, please return it.
  • kysymys: On my Windows 10 laptop, if I hit Fn + left or right arrow key, the cursor jumps to the end of the line. Doesn't happen on the keyboard. Any ideas?

    vastaus: This keyboard has dedicated 'Home' and 'End' keys, directly above the arrow keys. Your laptop achieves that functionality by using the arrow keys when pressed with the 'Fn' key. If you look, there's probably 'Home' and 'End' written in blue on your laptop keyboard left and right arrow key.
