Another customer reported that the outputs started crackling and hissing randomly, and despite confirmed hardware issues, Audient did nothing but refer them to a repair center at their own cost. However, some customers had a positive experience with the Audient Audio Interface iD22. One customer found it incredible for voice work, and another built their voiceover studio around its flexible routing, inputs, and outputs. However, both of these customers experienced issues with the device after about 18 months, as it stopped working or had a significant drop in phantom power output.
