Plantronics Telephone Cords Editorial Review

The Plantronics APC-43 EHS Cable for the CS500 series has received a mix of positive and negative feedback from customers. Users appreciate the convenience offered by this cable, as it eliminates the need to physically press buttons on both the headset and the phone, making it more efficient for remote work. Many have found it to be a straightforward solution that enhances the functionality of their headsets with compatible phones, such as the Cisco 8811 and Savi 700. The APC-43 has been noted as a significant improvement over its predecessor, the APC-40, which was criticized for its bugs and the need for Constant reboots. Customers reported that the APC-43 works seamlessly, allowing for hook on/off functionality with ease. However, not all experiences were positive. Some users faced difficulties with setup due to the lack of instructions and product packaging, as the cable arrived in a simple bag. Additionally, there were complaints about the return process for those who received faulty products, leading to frustrations with customer support. Overall, while the APC-43 EHS Cable is praised for its performance and ease of use in enhancing headset functionality, issues with the return process and lack of clear directions have marred the experience for some users. **
