Tuotteen yksityiskohdat
- Elevate your horse's performance by replacing restrictive traditional bits with a design that prioritizes tongue relief and clear, isolated communication. The Myler Flat Shank Comfort Snaffle is the ultimate transition tool for riders seeking a softer, more responsive partnership without the pain of pinching or palate pressure.Meticulously crafted with a Level 1 MB 03T mouthpiece, this bit features a curved U shape that protects the bars and lips while providing Independent Side Movement (ISM). The combination of Sweet Iron and a Copper Roller creates a sensory experience that encourages relaxation and focus, making it a staple for Western training and horses with busy mouths who need a gentle pacifier to stay on the aids.Key Features & Specifications: Level 1 MB 03T Mouthpiece: Engineered with a distinct curve to provide maximum tongue relief and prevent the painful V-shape collapse or pinching common in traditional snaffles. Independent Side Movement (ISM): Allows the rider to lift one shoulder or cue for a bend without affecting the opposite side of the bit, ensuring pinpoint accuracy and clearer signals. Polished Sweet Iron: This specialized material naturally oxidizes to produce a sweet taste that stimulates salivation, leading to a more supple, moist, and accepting mouth. Integrated Copper Roller: Serves as a gentle pacifier to keep nervous or distracted horses focused on their work while copper inlays further promote relaxation. 7 Stainless Steel Flat Shank: Provides a moderate degree of leverage and indirect curb action, making it ideal for teaching horses to give to the bit and break at the poll. 5 Width with Myler Gap: Intentionally sized 1/8 to 1/4 wider than standard bits to prevent the shanks from rubbing the horse's face and to allow the ISM technology to function perfectly.Frequently Asked Questions:Q: Why does this bit feel slightly wider than my current 5 snaffle?A: This is the intentional Myler Gap. Myler bits are engineered to be slightly wider than traditional bits to protect the horse's sensitive facial tissue from hardware rub and to ensure the Independent Side Movement (ISM) has the necessary clearance to work effectively.Q: Is this bit appropriate for a green horse just moving out of a basic snaffle?A: Absolutely. As a Myler Level 1 bit, it is specifically designed for young or green horses learning basic cues. It uses gentle tongue pressure to encourage the horse to give to the bit, making it the perfect transition into a shanked bit.Q: How does the Copper Roller help a busy mouthed horse?A: The roller provides a quiet outlet for horses that tend to play with the bit or get nervous. It acts as a pacifier, encouraging the horse to play with the roller rather than resisting the bit, which helps them stay relaxed and focused on your cues.Item Number/SKU: 89-11035
