This hinge can be easily installed, however, you will have to drill new pilot holes. The approximate distance between the screw holes (center to center) is 1&7/8". It is sold individually and costs $20 per hinge. Some customers have found this price to be expensive, but due to the difficulty in finding a replacement hinge, they had to buy it anyway.
