    vastaus: It is recommended that you insert one capsule twice daily (morning and night) for 5-7 days.

    vastaus: This is from Anne (Tod's wife): Yes you can wear panties after insertion. I don't have any problems with leakage.

    vastaus: Yes, absolutely. They are in little capsules that dissolve after being in for a bit, so they are easy to insert by hand if you're uncomfortable using the plunger. Also, you can use the plunger to put them in and just not insert it more than an inch or so. I honestly find that inserting them a little further in enables you to still urinate without dislodging them, which is good since sometimes I find I have to go after I've lain in bed for a while if I don't fall asleep right away. You can't even tell they're in there, since they are a smaller size and in such a comfortable capsule. Best of luck to you!

    vastaus: My first time using these,I used 2 per day for 5 days. Now I only use one a night for two nights after my cycle monthly
  • kysymys: Before the capsules dissolved completely. The newest purchase they come out in pieces and gritty instead of watery. What's different?

    vastaus: I haven't has this issue.
