The backbone system is 59” long? So should the rack be at least that long as well?
vastaus: The crossbars are measured by the width of your vehicle -

Do you have to drill holes in the roof of your truck to mount this system?
vastaus: Yes you have to drill holes in the channels on your roof. Then you attach the support rails to your roof with the provided rivets and screws. -

Does this come with hardware to mount it to the roof?
vastaus: This is a complete kit that contains the hand rails, m8 holes, washers, channel nuts, screws and end key. Only thing not included is the Pioneer platform which you can also purchase from us. Vehicle-Accessori
