vastaus: I use these grips. Not sure what "fully tapered" means but they are tapered proportionaly to the size. In otherwords, taper fits the grip. -

vastaus: I don’t think it makes any real change in the swing weight. It is a slightly larger grip though so it may change your feel of the club. -

vastaus: 1/8-inch larger than standard. If desired, tape can be used around the club shaft to increase the grip size. -

What all do you need to install the grips?
vastaus: Tape, Solvent, and ideally a clamp to hold the shaft in place. You need a tool to remove the old grips as well.
