  • Question: Can someone confirm exactly what size microwave this fits in?

    Answer: It didn't fit my 20l microwave so I ended up buying a 23l and it fit perfectly. I think it's important that the unit has space to turn around.

    Answer: I don't know the size of our microwave, but the dimensions of the sterilizer, when it's assembled, are: height 16cm and diameter 28cm.

    Answer: Add 250ml of water, then microwave for 2/3 minutes!

    Answer: As long as it heats all parts equally then I would say so. I have a traditional microwave and my mum has one you describe so I've used both with the steriliser and as far as I know it's been absolutely fine.
  • Question: How do the sterilised items dry? If you expose them open to dry outside the steriliser, the items are not going to be sterile anymore...

    Answer: I guess you don't dry them you just sterilize them and shake off the water and use them. The water is sterile anyway. And if you expose them to air to dry them they won't be sterile anymore.
  • Question: How much water do you have to add and should it be cold or hot water?

    Answer: Add water to room temperature and microwave for 2 minutes.
