WIX Filters Subaru Ascent Oil Filters Editorial Review
The Wix oil filter is highly recommended for Subaru engines due to its superior Construction and filtration capabilities. According to various reports, tests, and blogs, the Wix filter is deemed to be the best in its class. It effectively meets the higher pressure requirements that Subaru engines have, ensuring optimal performance and protection. One reviewer mentioned a YouTube video where the Wix filter, along with the WixXP variant, scored high in terms of their Construction and filter media. This confirms the quality and reliability of the Wix filter compared to others on the market. Customers have praised the affordability of the Wix filter, especially when purchased from Walmart, and the fast shipping provided, making it a convenient option for Subaru owners. The installation process of the Wix filter is straightforward and hassle-free. Users have reported no leaks and have been satisfied with the overall quality and performance of the filter. However, it is worth noting that there have been a few complaints about the packaging of the product. Some customers received filters in old, open boxes without a seal, and the filters themselves appeared to be dusty. This raised concerns about the cleanliness and storage conditions of the filters. As a result, these customers returned the product due to a lack of trust in its condition. Overall, the Wix oil filter is highly recommended for Subaru owners due to its exceptional performance and affordability. However, be mindful of the packaging and cleanliness of the product upon receiving it.
