Answer: I only substitute the bourbon oil for vanilla amount. I always still add the bourbon when called for. Balances the flavor without being too overpowering. Never substituted the bourbon itself. -

Answer: I would think so if t is safe to drink -

What is the shelf life of flavored oils?
Answer: I assume they very depending on the oil. I purchased Bourbon and Vanilla around the same time. The Bourbon says best by Jun 2018 and the Vanilla says best by Jun 2019. I hope this helps. -
