It can take gel, fountain, felt-tip (Flair), and rollerball pens without bleed-through or ghosting. The grids are a true 1/4inch and each square is centered on the sheet. However, the product has some shortcomings like the dark blue lines that make it hard to read pencil lines, the flimsy paper tab, and the fact that the paper ends up ripping if you’re not extremely careful.
