Unfortunately, Microsoft Paint cannot be run with this GPU, but it can handle Minesweeper in 4K. The light-up panel is RGB, and its color can be controlled. The card is manufactured in China and, due to the lack of availability, any third-party seller will have it marked up from its MSRP.
