Flex Seal Liquid MAX 2.5 gal - White is a super thick, self-leveling sealant that provides great coverage and a clean finish. It works well on wood, block walls, and roofs, and can even be applied with a trowel. However, it is not recommended for painting over and may allow tear drops of rain to come through but not running water. One coat is usually enough and it is important to apply it thickly for best results.
